How to Pay with a Bank Account (ACH Direct Debit)

Paying directly from your bank account is a secure, low-fee way to complete your purchase. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, our certified payment partner.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Select Payment Method: At checkout, choose Bank Account (or US Bank Transfer / ACH).
Launch Secure Stripe Window: Click Continue to open the secure Stripe authentication portal.
Select Your Bank:
- Instant Verification (Recommended): Search for your financial institution and log in using your online banking credentials. This verifies your account immediately.
- Manual Entry: If your bank is not listed, select Enter bank details manually and input your 9-digit Routing Number and Account Number.
Authorize Payment: Confirm the account details and click Authorize / Submit to finalize your order.

Verification Methods Explained

Instant Verification: Log in via your bank's secure portal. Verification completes in seconds, allowing your order to process right away.
Micro-Deposit Verification (Manual Entry): Stripe will send a tiny deposit (typically $0.01) with a 6-digit verification code to your bank statement within 1–2 business days. Once received, return to your order link to input the code and confirm your account.

End-to-End Encryption: Your bank login credentials and account numbers are encrypted and handled exclusively by Stripe.
Zero Data Storage: We do not see, process, or store your banking login details or full account numbers on our servers.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

My bank is not listed in the search bar: Opt for manual entry to input your routing and account numbers directly.
Why is my transaction pending? Bank transfers typically take 2–4 business days to fully clear. Your order will update once Stripe confirms settlement.
Payment failed: Ensure your account has sufficient funds, allows ACH debits, and that your routing/account numbers match your checking account (some savings accounts restrict ACH debits).
