A red X can be a result of known anomoly due to a mismatch when Windows is greater than 2019 and CallManager is greater than 12.5.
This means you must manually verify 2 things.

That the Cisco TSP available on the CUCM matches the Cisco TSP installed on the BOC Server. In the example below, the locally installed version is 15.0.0.4 and the version available for download from the CUCM is 15.0.0.4. These match.

That we are seeing phones via the TSP. This is visible in the red bar along the bottom.
Don't get caught up in the exact number. It should be greater than zero and not a ridiculously large number (*which would indicate a different issue). In the example below, we are seeing 513 phones.
*In this case with a CUCM having 500 phones, if we were seeing a phone count greater than 1000, this would indicate that the Cisco TSP has been installed multiple times cause a count to be a multiple of the actual phones.
Because we can verify both #1 and #2, we can disregard the red X as being an error condition on this server.
