When you schedule a Remote Support Call, we utilize Microsoft Bookings to organize them.
You will receive confirmation and appointment reminders to the email address you provided, from BridgeCommunications@bloc3.onmicrosoft.com.
Ensure that you are not blocking emails from Microsoft or you will not receive the call information.
These calls are created as a one-to-one support call utilizing a remote support tool.
They are not in a meeting format with multiple participants.
If you wish to use a meeting format, or a different remote support tool, you can send an invite to support@bridgeoc.com for the same time and we will forward it to the assigned engineer.
Our engineers operate on inbound call queues. They do not outcall to you.
