When you have an active call you wish to conference with other people.
- Please note: The operator must remain in the resulting conference call. If the operator hangs up, the conference call is torn down.
Press the Elevate to Conference button.
In the Conference Builder...
Wait just moment, and you will see the active call become a conference call in the Audio Converstions window. When this is complete, you can add other participants.
- Enter the Search for the target user (or optionally Dial out to someone)
- Click the red button to search.
- In the search results pane, click the Yellow icon to add that person.
- This will result in a outbound call placed to the target user. Once established, you will get an Add or Abort option.
- When you have added all the people you wish to add, click on the X in the upper right corner to close the Conference Builder.
- You will return to the main screen an the Conference will show in the Audio Conversations box. The call will be on Hold. Click the Blue Resume button to resume the call.
