RingCentral: Configuring Call Queue Filters

2 min. readlast update: 08.14.2025

In your Settings, you can set your Queue Filters by clicking Get My Queues. Then click Save Queue Filter.

If there are more than 10 Queues listed, you will need to select the 10 most important.

We can only show call indicators for 10 queues.  You can still receive calls from the rest of the queues, you will just not get visual indicators for them.

Most people will also want to set your Park Filter so that you only see calls you’ve parked, or were parked by other members of the same queues.

Copy the resultant queue list into your Park Filter, then Save Park Filter.

Your Park Filter should be the same as the Queue Filter PLUS adding your Extension.

If the call is coming to a queue that is not listed in your call filter, you will not see it until it rings your phone.

The Auto Manage Queue Filter will fill out the Queue Filter for you so that you only see call activity for queues that apply to you.

If your operator is a member of more than 10 queues,  this forces us to enforce the limit of 10 queues.
Exceeding 10 queues will produce a huge amount of data for us to process.  This will affect the performance of the application.

We can only efficiently show call indicators for 10 queues.  You can still receive calls from the rest of the queues, you will just not get visual indicators for the calls in them.

You could turn OFF the Auto Manage Queue Filter. This will stop the application from filling the filter with all of your queues.
This will also allow you to pick the 10 most important queues, not just the first 10 numerically.

Then, In your Settings, you can set your Queue Filters by clicking Get My Queues. Then click Save Queue Filter.

If there are more than 10 Queues listed, you will need to hand select the 10 most important.

We can only show call indicators for 10 queues.  You can still receive calls from the rest of the queues, you will just not get visual indicators for them.

Ensure that the No Queue Limit has not been turned on.
If you turn this on, and experience performance issues, we are unable to provide support on it.
