When accessing the License Manager, you will see a list of the users who have previously launched the application, and a list of any licenses your organization currently has. If you have purchased Licenses through RingCentral or a reseller and these licenses are not visible in the License Manager, you will need to contact the partner and verify that a purchase order has been sent to sales@bridgeoc.com.
Once a PO is received by our team, licenses are added to your organization's account within a matter of minutes. Once this is confirmed, you can access the License Manager and verify the organization licenses are visible and begin assigning these licenses to your users. You will also be able to verify the end date of any licenses within the License Manager.
