You can manage your RingCentral licenses in our license management portal.
Each user is given a 30 evaluation license the first time they sign in. They must be assign a purchased license before that 30 days lapses, or they will stop working.
Licenses purchased in the portal are billed monthly until they are deleted.
If you stop using the application, you MUST delete the license or you will continue to be billed.
Licenses purchased from RingCentral direct have an expiry date. If they are not renewed by that date, they will stop working. It is very important that you begin the renewal process with enough time to complete BEFORE the expiry date.
