In the event that you have a condition that can cause the status issue you are seeing with Teams not showing the MS Activity, but generally can see other MS information such as title and departments it is likely a case issue.
It is VERY important that the full UPN in Microsoft Azure matches the Email address entered in RingCentral.
And this IS case sensitive down to the character.
NOTE: If the operator is only missing certain people's status, check the case on the target user that is not showing. If NONE of the people are working, check the operator's case situation.
EXAMPLE: Lisa.Johnson@Bridgeoc.com is NOT the same as lisa.johnson@bridgeoc.com.
They must match exactly as this is how we tie the systems together.
