The BOC settings are stored in the browser cache.
If you delete Cookies and Cache, you will lose your BOC application settings.
This could be something you are doing manually, or using a setting in the browsers to do it automatically when the browser closes.
Also, there are 3rd party browser add-ins that can do this.
Lastly but rare, some organizations delete the user profile when they log out of Windows session. This would also delete browser cache.
This is not desireable.
The more modern approach is, if you need to clear cache/cookies now, you will want to be selective and just clear them for the site or app with issues rather than the enttire browser.
We also recommend that operators Save their settings to file, and/or screen grab them in the event they are lost.
