Teams: Shared Contacts

You can use a Microsoft Azure Shared Mailbox for storing Shared Contacts visible only to the operators.

Azure will allow you to secure these contacts (mailbox) by user, thus allowing you to allow only specified users to access.
You will need to create a shared mailbox in Azure (we recommend using a descriptive name) and assign the operators as Delegates.

You will then manage the contacts using Microsoft Outlook.
